Research and Documents
The Research and Documents section includes critical editions of texts and documents of particular importance to the historic context and understanding of the oeuvre of Giorgio de Chirico and Metaphysical Art. The section opens with the online edition of the "novel" Il signor Dudron / Monsieur Dudron, which is published in both French and Italian, accompanied by all of the historic variations to the text. This editorial project was conceived as a work in progress, and is therefore open to modifications and additions. Readers who wish to contribute with alternative interpretations, corrections, notes or additional historic documents are welcome to send their comments and any information to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The online edition is continually being updated with illustrations and annotations, but should be completed soon.
